For several years now, AHC Oppervlaktetechnieken BV has proven to be a reliable partner to her clients offering technical, qualitative and logistical support.

AHC makes high demands on the quality of the organisation, employees and it’s processes.
Years of experience, very modern equipment and eminent processes are available.
Craftsmanship, daily adjustment and permanent analysis of the processes ensure perfect control.
It is this level of process control in which guarantees the high quality standard which is being asked of the product and the organisation.

The quality management system of AHC is certified by the following standards:

NEN-EN ISO 9001:2000

In addition to these certificates, AHC also has several processes which comply with: MIL, ASTM, LN, ISO, DIN and NEN.

Regular product audits and supplier reviews audited by clients, verify the high quality standard and delivery reliability.

To protect and control the quality of theproduct and processes , the most advanced measurement techniques and methods are employed, i.e.:

• Roughness measurements (DIN 4768, ISI/DIS 4287)
• Adhesion (bending test, cross cutting test, warmth shock test)
• ICP-AES: analysing elements in fluids for process baths and sewage treatment equipment
• Etc.

Environment

AHC is a progressive company, not only in the field of innovations in surface treatments, but also as a pioneer in environmental technology in the international galvanic world.
In recent years, AHC has conducted research to find methods to produce cleaner and more durable: alternative processes for those which are under great environmental and working technical pressure For example; those treatments which contain Cr6+ or Pb (alternative is SYNCOAT® / lead free chemisch nikkel).

Investments have been made for water purifying to bring it up to a higher level. AHC is now leader in this field.

All research projects are conducted by specialists in this field. They get a lot of attention in the (inter)national branch orientated press.
Work is ongoing with specific aims of minimizing of the burden on the environment, combined with improvements in quality of the delivered parts. Ultra modern techniques are being used like the reverse osmosis, electrolytic regaining of metal, re-usage of acid by diffusion dialyses etc.
