Pneumatic cylinders of AHC are aluminium tubular profiles combined with our HART-COAT® layer, mainly used in pneumatic and the low pressure hydraulics. These tubular profiles are honed in our horizontal honing machines, with a length up to 3000 mm. By honing a very accurate fitting for the cylinder is created with minimal roughness. The pneumatic cylinders are surface treated with HART-COAT®. For more information about the properties see the page of HART-COAT®.
Delivery length of the pneumatic cylinders is max. 3 meter, or cut into the lengths as required. It is also possible to machine the cylinders according to drawings. The measurement of the cylinders is variable. Diameters are between 20 mm and 300 mm. There is no minimum order quantity.
